RETURNS

For all returns and exchanges a free complimentary return label will be provided for customers residing in Germany. Customers outside of Germany need to bear the costs incurred, when returning an item. The return period is offered within 14 days after reception of the goods. We expect the returned items to be in the original condition, this means the items should neither be worn nor damaged or returned in a dirty condition.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Contact us at customerservice@opaak.de and ask for a return label. We will send you and Email with the return label, which you need to print out. Afterwards you simply cover the original shipping label with the new return label.

Bring the package to a DHL Paket authorized shop or a Post office near to you. Depending on your country, it will take 1-3 business days until your return arrives with us.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will transfer your money back to you via the previously used payment method. This can take up to 3 business days. If you only want to change a size or a style, we will refund or charge you the difference and send the new order after receipt of the returned goods.
