The return period is offered within 14 days after reception of the goods. For all returns and exchanges a free complimentary return label will be provided for customers residing in Germany. Customers outside of Germany need to bear the costs for a trackable return, when returning an item. Please try on all bodies and briefs over your own underwear for hygenic reasons. We expect the returned items to be in the original condition, this means the items should neither be worn nor damaged or returned in a dirty condition.
Given the exceptional situation due to COVID-19 courier services are currently experiencing some delays, so slightly increased delivery lead times are to be expected. We kindly ask for your understanding and collaboration. We hope that we are all doing our best to stay safe and support each other.
When returning from outside of Germany please inform us ahead per E-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to assist you in arranging a trackable delivery to our warehouse. Please note, for custom reasons returns from outside the EU will not be accepted when not announced beforehand with our customer service.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will transfer your money back via the previously used payment method. This can take up to 5 business days.
If you want to change a size or a style please return the article(s) with above procedure and place a new order in our online shop. We will refund back your return upon reception in our warehouse.
